Seagarden Beach Resort, Montego Bay

I had a varied experience at this resort. The beachfront location was lovely and convenient, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and the rooms felt somewhat dated. Overall, it's a decent stay, but there are certainly areas that could be improved.

I recently returned from a 10-day stay at Seagarden Beach Resort and found it to be a mixed bag. While the resort is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly, the dining options were quite disappointing with repetitive meals and hits and misses in quality. The location is nice, being just a short taxi ride from the airport and right on the beach, which was beautiful. Overall, it’s a decent place but I wasn't fully satisfied with the food or service.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decent, but I found the dining options lacking and the service inconsistent. The location with its private beach was a highlight for us. However, the cleanliness and overall maintenance could use improvement. We appreciated the water activities available, but I doubt we would choose to return.

My stay at Sea Garden Resort was quite the rollercoaster. On one hand, the resort offers a breathtaking beachfront and some fantastic local meals that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff, particularly in the dining hall, were attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. However, the lack of communication from the front desk staff was frustrating, and the confusing layout of the resort made things challenging. While I'd consider returning, they definitely need to work on guest orientation for a smoother stay.
